More often we hear the term "mediation" today but what does it really mean?

Mediation is a method to solve difficult conflicts and ensure cooperation.

Mediation:
A mediator tries to submit the different point of views between the different involved parties. The mediator also tries to remediate the biased "picture" they have of each other and encourages the parties to start again communication.

Balance:

The mediator wants to create a balance of interest. The involved parties learn to understand and respect needs, motives and aims of other persons. The involved parties make a compromise.

Conciliation:
Connections will start up again. Involved persons try to find solutions and stop blaming others. The aim is to find out a peaceful way how to handle each other, how to communicate and cooperate in future.
